Pave the Way For Compassion - Purchase a Brick (or Bricks)

Here's a way to support Canadians For Compassion as they cross the country and speak with about the Charter for Compassion and feature Canadians who are compassion-in-action, from sea to sea, and from the 49th parallel to the high arctic. For $25, you can purchase a "Brick" - selecting which brick you want to purchase from the map of Canada on the website.

Here's how you do it:

1. Select the empty space you want to purchase from the map of Canada.
2. Click on the available brick and choose "buy this brick".
3. Follow the instructions, and checkout with PayPal.
4. When your purchase is complete, you can: upload a photo and write a note or dedication on your brick. Remember, your message will be available for Canadians and people around the world, so inspire others to follow your lead.
5. Invite your friends or other members of your compassion action group to do the same - so the group can by adjacent bricks on the map (if they would like)
6. Don't forget the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans - they need support too.

What happens next?

Whenever someone visits www.canadians4compassion.org and see the map, they will be able to move their cursor over the purchased bricks. When their cursor goes over your brick, up will pop your profile. The brick location is yours until you let us know you don't want that location anymore and we can make it available to another compassionista (f) or compassionisto (m).

You can also purchase more than one brick if you want. That way you can support compassion in different cities, provinces - wherever there is an available brick. With each brick you purchase, you will upload a photo and profile as described above. Sorry, at this time, we cannot combine bricks to create a larger brick, for instance, with just one profile. We are working on this and it may be available in a future generation of the Pave The Way map.
